Big Gifts

Since we aren't going to be home on Christmas Day, we went ahead and let the girls open their big presents. A got an easel and Addi got a crawl n cruise toy. A plays with Addi's toy too, she likes it.

My 25th Bday

This is my bday gift from Mitch. Loving Arms Necklace....... Whether its a quick hug or long squeeze, nothing nurtures like mom's embrace. This necklace symbolizes the bond between mother and child, with sterling-silver curves wrapped around freshwater peals, representing each child. (this is what the card said that it came with) I showed him this necklace like earlier this year, so I was a little surprised he remembered and where to get it. I love it!!

Mitch and I got to have a date night for my bday. (Thanks mom and dad!!) I had a good bday.

Addison Doc Appt

Addi had her 4 mth doctors appt this morning. While we were waiting for the doc I laid her on her stomach and she loved looking and talking to the "other baby". It was so cute. Then I sat her up after a while and she was laughing at the "other baby". Too cute!!
She weighs 15 lbs 11 oz and is 24 in long.
When A was 4 months she was 18 lbs and 26 in longs.

McD's

We met our friends Paige and Abby at McDonald's one morning and all A did for the first like 20 mins was sit on Ronald's nap. It was cute.Then she finally went and played.

Addison 4 mths

Addison is 4 months! It is going by so fast! She is such a joy. A very happy baby.
A loves her. Always likes to sit by her on the couch!

Arabela

Arabela....she is a big girl now. She has only had 2 accidents since we have been pottying in the toilet!! She is watching the Little Mermaid here, she likes that movie now.
Taking a bubble bath before bed......well actually, she did not go to sleep till 930, she had a late nap.
She loves her lil sis....Im not sure about Addison's look though. I had Addison laying on the pillow and A got on the couch to lay by her.

Addison 3 months

She past out on the blanket while I was taking a shower.
Just out of a bath, I was putting lotion on her back. She is doing so well lifting her head up.

A's new toy!

Mitch's cousin, Nich ("Nichy" that is what A calls him) bought A a barbie four wheeler for her bday. She was scared of it at first but now she loves it. She rides it outside and inside.

Halloween 2008

Arabela had so much trick or treating. She was so sweet and well-mannered....saying "Thank you" or just getting one when we told her. She looked too cute. Addison did not like her costume...I think she was just tired so she did not wear it but for a picture. She did get a piece of candy though, while trick or treating.

Pumpkin Patch

We took Arabela to pick out her "punky" today. She picked out a big one and then a smaller one so she can carry it. She was so excited to go pick out her punky.

A's Art Work

Well, Arabela decided to do a little art work on Addison's head. I had Addison lying on the floor and A had her markers. I left the room for a min and came back to marker all over Addison's head. All I could do was laugh. I did tell her she could not write on her sister but it was funny. Thank goodness it was a washable marker.

Happy BDay A!

Arabela is 2!!

I took her to the park. She swung most of the time, I finally got her to get down. And then she started sliding and usually she wont go by herself. But she was having fun!

Addison slept the whole time. She needed it though, she doesnt take very good naps!

Well, Arabela will be 2 in a couple of days!! I can not believe it! She is talking all the time, learning new words every day. She loves her little sister! Always helping with her.

Addison 2 mths old

Well, Addison was 2 mths on Oct 6. She loves for you to talk to her and she loves to be kissed, she just smiles!! She is starting to stay awake longer, no luck on sleeping longer just yet.

Arabela was talking to her daddy, she was just talking away. I thought I would try sitting Addison in the bumbo chair. She liked it but did not stay in it too long.

So when I give the girls a bath, I always give Addison one first. Arabela likes to help.

Addison is 4 weeks old. Still not doing much but she does stay awake longer and she holds her head up really well. Arabela playing with her.
